With Gurudev’s grace and Guruji’s blessings Geeta chanting competition was organized in a grand manner in Tirunelveli. Around 6000 children from 20 schools of Tirunelveli district participated in the competition. 600 children among them got selected to the final level competition. The final level competition was held at AUPET Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Tirunelveli on 4th December 2016.
Dr. Maragathavalli of Pushpalatha Hospitals was the chief guest of the function. Swami Sivayoganandaji blessed the occasion and addressed the parents of the participants. Children were divided in 4 groups according to their standards and 10 children from each group were selected for the super final level.
The first three winners were given gold coin worth Rs. 6000, Rs. 3000, and Rs.1500 respectively and the other super finalists got silver coins as consolation prizes.
The support from sponsors like RMKV group, Kalimark group, Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Pushpalatha schools made the programme successful.
