Brief
note on cottages:
Nestled
in the serene landscape of the Chinmaya Vibhooti site are the self-contained,
fully furnished cottages. These cottages are about 700 sq ft in built up area
and are provided with a common court-yard, a living room, a single bedroom
room, independent bath & toilet, a pantry and an attendant’s room
(separately accessed) which could be also used as a store.
The
cottages could also be connected to provide twin sharing facilities.

Brief
note on Grahasti housing:
Community
housing blocks are provided with internal open to sky courtyards, having up to a
maximum of 7 units per floor. These buildings are not higher than ground + one.
Each room has a carpet area of 450 sq ft and is provided for facilitating
three-bed accommodation, which can be expanded to five beds when required. They
have been designed with an attached bath, toilet, washbasin and a separate
cubicle for changing.
