International Yoga Day at Madurai
Start Date : 21 Jun 2016 TO End Date : 21 Jun 2016‘Yoga wing of Chinmaya Mission’, Madurai, is going to start its month-long yoga training programme from June 4, [Saturday]., based on the protocol released, by Govt. of India, in connection with the International Yoga Day. A large number of yoga students will practice yoga asanas under the supervision of experts.
Sri Gopalsamy, co-ordinator informed that during the training programme, people would be told about the protocol to be followed during the International Yoga Day event on June 21.
We appealed to the residents/yoga aspirants, to register themselves, for the ‘International Yoga Day’ event on June 21 and besides attending the yoga classes regularly.
A month-long yoga training camp started at Chinmaya Mission premises at Doak Nagar, Kochadai, and it will continue till June 21.. The classes will be held on weekends [Saturdays and Sundays] by 6.15 a.m. The entry to the camp is open for all.
The aim of the camp was to encourage the general public to come and learn yoga under the supervision of experts. “It will lead to healthier and enlightened life,”. A common yoga portal will be followed at the sessions through which parents can learn yoga and teach the same to their children.
