Pujya Swami Gahanananda of Dharwad centre conducted a Gita Jnana Yajna in Kannada at Prashanta Ganapati Temple, Prashantanagar from 01/02/2017 to 07/02 2017 taking Bhagavad Gita chapter 15 in the evenings. The yajna was inaugurated by Sri S Shadakshari, trustee of Chinmaya mission. Pujya Swamiji explained that chapter 15 stresses the oneness of entire creation and importance of rising above all dualities in the sadhak’s journey to reach the Supreme Truth. It is absolutely necessary to transcend world of names and forms as well as the gunas, body, mind, intellect and the three states of experience through intense sadhana, seva and dedication if one has to reach the state of Sat Chit Ananda.
The Yajna was very well attended.
