Introduction

Seattle, Washington was once blessed with Pujya Gurudev’s visit in the 1980s, and Chinmaya Mission (CM) presence in the community has been in existence since then. However, it was not until October 2004 that weekly Chinmaya Bala Vihar and Adult Study Group classes were actively conducted, formal membership was introduced, and Chinmaya Mission Seattle became an official unincorporated CMW center.
