The Chinmaya Mission - Mauritius & Chinmaya Yuva Kendra are pleased to invite you to a unique workshop on Yoga for Self Discipline. The workshop will be held on Sunday 11th January 2015 between 09:00 and 11:30 at the seat of the Ashram and is open to all between 12 and 25 years old.

Participants are kindly requested to wear light stretch (e.g. track suits, joggings, etc...) clothing on that day.
