Gurudev visited CM Koduvalli in the form of padukas, jyoti & vastram. Most of Gurudev’s works & commentaries were translated into Malayalam by a handful of devotees for the benefit of the Malayalam speaking people. The publications started in 1954 was moved to different places.

In mid 70’s it came to Koduvalli. Chinmaya Mission, Koduvalli was the place where a lot of the translation work was done. Sri Damodara Menon and few others took up the responsibilities of translation work under Gurudev’s guidance. Many books including Holy Geeta, Vivekchudamani etc. were translated into Malayalam.

He visited the Shree Krishna Temple and the Chinmaya Mission centre, Chathamangalam today. His devotees are willing to bear everything from the scorching sun to the battering downpour just to be there to welcome Him and to get a glimpse of Him. As soon as the padukas were kept at the altar, mother nature offered showers of blessings upon all. It continued through out the entire duration of the archana and slowed down only after the Aarati was performed. Br. Kalyan ji was present to receive Him and also performed Gurudev’s aarti.

The seekers at Advaithashramam, Kolathur were blessed by Gurudev’s presence. He was received by the highly dynamic and learned scholar of Advaita philosophy, Swami Chidananda Puri ji. Swamiji spoke about how Gurudev played a pivotal role in bringing the knowledge of the scriptures to the masses in a way that was easy to understand for the modern man.

The ashram was established in October 1992 in Kolathur village, 24 Kilometers from Kozhikode. The ashram offers a 4 year Vedanta course in Malayalam & Sanskrit. Panineeyam and Sankara Bhashyams of various texts are given particular importance during the course.

Br. Mukund ji performed Ashtothara Archana and everyone later went to visit the Sandesh Vahini.
