Introduction

Chinmaya Mission Fairfield in Connecticut started in 1994 at the residence of Raghava and Padma Reddy when Brahmachari Krishna Moorthy and Gowri Ananth started Bala Vihar classes there. Over the years, BV continued to grow by word of mouth. It was sustained with the help of dedicated volunteers and host families who offered their homes for the classes.
With over 54 member families, CM Fairfield officially incorporated as CM Fairfield-New Haven and is looking for an ashram property, which will be called “Chinmaya Sarasvati.”
