Introduction

CM Ottawa conducts an active and regular program of weekly Vedanta classes for over 120 participants, at various levels. CM Ottawa conducts annual or semi-annual day camps for children. These week-long camps unfold a spiritual awakening in the children through stories, workshops, games, art, and drama. CHYK camps are simultaneously held as part of the annual Family Camp.

Annual Hindu festivals celebrated include Mahashivaratri, Shri Chinmaya Jayanti and Mahasamadhi, Holi, and Shri Krishna Janmashtami.

Annual jnana yajnas are also held, where various CM Swamins and Brahmacharins in North America are invited to give spiritual discourses.

CM Ottawa’s other annual events include Open House, CORD Walkathon.
