Chinmaya International Foundation (CIF), located in the serene surroundings of Adi Shankara Nilayam—the maternal birth home of Sri Adi Shankaracharya near Cochin, Kerala. This course awards a Post Graduate Diploma in Advaita Vedanta.

Purpose of the Course

The Course is a one-year (two-semester) immersive residential programme focused on the intensive study of the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita and key Vedantic texts. Thoughtfully designed, it equips seekers from all backgrounds with a clear understanding of Advaita Vedanta and the spiritual practices essential for a sadhaka’s journey.

This Course offers a rare opportunity for sincere seekers to deepen their knowledge through a structured schedule of classes and spiritual disciplines within an Ashram setting. Following the traditional gurukul method, students step away from external distractions, engaging in learning, reflection and contemplation under the guidance of experienced teachers.
