Over 2000 devotees gathered at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Temple in Chino Hills, California, on Saturday 5 September 2026, for a Samashti (collective) Hanuman Chalisa Havan, organised as part of the Chinmaya Amrit Mahotsav celebrations commemorating 75 years of the Chinmaya Movement.

Held in the august presence of Swami Swaroopananda, Global Head of Chinmaya Mission, and Swami Shantananda, President, Chinmaya Mission West, the event was also graced by elected representatives from California, who joined the celebrations marking this significant milestone in the journey of Chinmaya Mission.

The Samashti Havan served as a powerful reminder of the strength of collective devotion and the impact of coming together with a shared purpose - to live the values and vision of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda and carry His legacy forward for generations to come.
