Australia's Largest Hanuman Havan at Melbourne

As part of the Chinmaya Amrit Mahotsav, celebrating 75 years of the Chinmaya Movement, Melbourne, Australia witnessed a remarkable spiritual gathering as thousands united in the chanting of the Hanuman Chalisa, creating an atmosphere charged with strength, devotion and collective prayer.

The event brought together over 5,000 devotees, gathered around 108 havan kunds, chanting the Hanuman Chalisa 21 times continuously over two hours - making it the largest Hanuman Havan event ever held in Australia. The celebration saw participation from 10 other Hindu organisations, along with 12 vibrant cultural performances that added to the festive spirit.

In the august presence of Swami Swaroopananda, Global Head of Chinmaya Mission, this grand offering stood as a powerful expression of devotion and unity, commemorating 75 years of the Chinmaya Movement and its continued mission of spreading knowledge and spiritual values across the globe.
