As part of 75th-year Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, Chinmaya Mission Kolkata organised a Samashti Hanuman Chalisa Havan on Sunday, 4 January 2024, attended by 750 people. 

Swami Swatmananda graced the programme, invoking the blessings of Shri Hanuman and guiding the Havan proceedings on this auspicious occasion. 

The event also witnessed the release of the Bengali‑dubbed version of On A Quest - the inspiring biopic on the life and work of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda. This release, available to watch on YouTube, marks a significant step in bringing the vision and message of Chinmaya Mission closer to devotees in Bengal. 

The year also marks a historic milestone of 70 years of the Chinmaya Movement in Kolkata, reflecting a journey of devotion, knowledge and service.

In keeping with Chinmaya Mission tradition, the programme was concluded with distribution of special prasad pustikas.

It was a memorable day filled with prayer, inspiration and devotees working together in the Yajna spirit.
