On the evening of 1 July 2026, Dr. Manisha Khemlani (CEO of Central Chinmaya Mission Trust) delivered a talk for Cuffe Parade (South Mumbai) chapter of Rotary Club, where she had been invited to address the gathering for the first day of the "Regal Rotary Year". 

The talk, which took place at the Baha'i Centre at New Marine Lines, was on the topic of "Service and Inner Fulfilment" covering the themes of "what we all seek", "fulfilment", "karma yoga", "gratitude", "dedication" and "the ideal sevak" - with apt references from the Bhagavad Gita and lots of relatable examples. The take home message, a quote by Swami Tejomayananda "An altar in life alters our life" resonated with all present.

A few Chinmaya Mission members joined the gathering and they participated by singing Chinmaya Mission's birthday song in Sanskrit, composed by Swami Tejomayananda, to the Rotary members who were celebrating their birthdays. 

There was time at the end to interact with one another over dinner, and the Rotarians invited Manisha Khemlani back to address them in the future as well, many also indicating their interest in visiting Sandeepany Sadhanalaya in Powai, Mumbai, and knowing more about Chinmaya Mission's work and teachings.
