The 33rd Chinmaya Mahasamdhi Aradhana Camp took place from 30 July to 4 August 2026 at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel in New Jersey. Organised in honour of the life, teachings and enduring legacy of Swami Chinmayananda, the annual camp commemorates His Mahasamadhi date 3 August 1993, offering seekers an opportunity to deepen their spiritual practice through scriptural study, meditation, devotion and seva.

Conducted in the 75th year of the Chinmaya Movement, this immersive residential spiritual retreat was led by Swami Swaroopananda, the Global Head of Chinmaya Mission. Swami Swaroopananda's discourses on Omkara Upasana from the Mandukya Upanishad inspired participants to contemplate the profound significance of Om as the essence of the Self. Daily meditation sessions guided by Swami Shantananda, President of Chinmaya Mission West, and enlightening talks on Navadha Bhakti by Swami Ishwarananda, further enriched the spiritual experience. 

Hundreds of families and over 100 Chyks (Chinmaya Yuva Kendra members) from across North America came together for the multi-generational family camp. On 3 August, a sacred Guru Paduka Puja was held. In a spirit of reverence, devotees offered their gratitude and renewed their commitment to living Pujya Gurudev's teachings.

Filled with satsang, seva, meditation and moments of silence at Pujya Gurudev's lotus feet, the camp became a heartfelt celebration of devotion, reaffirming the enduring legacy of the Chinmaya Movement.
