As the Chinmaya Movement marks 75 years of transformative impact, a three-day International Conference on the theme “Spirituality, Education, and Patriotism: Contributions of Swami Chinmayananda and Beyond” was held from 8-10 May 2026.

Organised by Chinmaya International Foundation (CIF), Chinmaya International Foundation Shodha Sansthan (CIFSS) and Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth (CVV), the Conference was held at the CVV campus in Onakkoor, Kerala, in the august presence of Swami Tejomayananda, Swami Swaroopananda and featured revered Swamins, scholars and thought leaders from across the globe. 

Providing a beautiful start to three days of learning, reflection and devotion, the Conference commenced with Guru Paduka Puja, followed by the inaugural session of the gathering. Through keynote addresses, academic sessions and insightful discussions, the first day beautifully reflected the vision of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda and its enduring relevance in the world today.

On Day two, through keynote talks and panel discussions on education, society, culture and patriotism, the sessions explored how the vision of Swami Chinmayananda continues to shape the way we learn, think and contribute to the world around us.

On the final day of the Conference, the conversations continued with thought-provoking sessions on culture and patriotism. The day featured keynote addresses, academic sessions and research presentations by scholars and spiritual leaders from India and abroad, culminating in the valedictory session led by Swami Swaroopananda, Global Head of Chinmaya Mission and Chancellor of CVV.

From spirituality to philosophy, from inquiry to insight, each panel and keynote offered a deeper step into understanding the Self, the world and our place within it.

The Conference created a meaningful space where timeless wisdom met modern-day questions.
