2025 marks 50 years of Chinmaya Yuva Kendra (CHYK), the youth wing of Chinmaya Mission. CHYK West (USA) is organizing a Sadhana Challenge for the occasion, one sādhana each month for the year 2025. Youth can take up this special programme to purify the mind and make it single-pointed, so one can deeply inquire into the nature of one's True Being.

Each month will be led by a Brahamcharin/Sevak from CHYK West.
We will: Discuss the basics of what, when, why, where, and how to perform the sadhana.
Send inspiring quotes, videos and more. Have online check-in sessions with all seekers once a week with Q&A. (Leads will determine date/time and post on sādhana challenge WhatsApp).

Note: this is only open to members of CHYK and Chinmaya Setukari (age 18 to 40)
Details: We will create a separate whatsapp group for the sadhana challenge. Once you join a monthly sadhana, we ask that you commit to it wholeheartedly. You can continue after your sadhana for the month is over, or take a break and join again later.
