Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth (CVV) organised a four-day Residential Spiritual Retreat for its faculty members from Kerala at Chinmaya Vibhooti Vision Centre, near Pune, from 5 to 8 December 2025. Blessed by the teachings of Swami Tejomayananda, the classes were rooted in the text Adhyatma Lakshana – The Essence of Spirituality, and this provided the conceptual framework for understanding spirituality as an inner orientation. The retreat witnessed the active participation of 48 faculty members from various schools of CVV and was envisioned as a space for spiritual reflection, clarity of purpose and collective engagement.
Through the classes, guided meditation, music with Chinmaya Naada Bindu Gurukula, experiential learning, devotional practices and cultural participation, and with Brahmachari Ved Chaitanya playing a key role in shaping the retreat, the programme fostered clarity of purpose, emotional balance and a renewed commitment to the values of sadhana, seva and conscious living. The retreat was effectively coordinated by Dr. Abha Mohan, Faculty Coordinator, and left a lasting impact on both the personal and professional lives of the faculty members.
