On 21 February 2026, Little Rock in Arkansas, USA witnessed a vibrant spiritual gathering as over 400 devotees came together for a collective Hanuman Chalisa chanting to celebrate the Chinmaya Amrit Mahotsav. 

Participants experienced a deeply charged atmosphere, with 108 puja thalis arranged as symbolic havan kunds for the ceremony as devotees collectively chanted 21 rounds of the Hanuman Chalisa while performing the sacred havan.

The event was graced by the presence of Swami Ishwarananda, Chinmaya Mission Los Angeles. He not only led the inspiring chanting of the Hanuman Chalisa but also delivered an enlightening discourse on Gita Panchamrit - five select verses from the Bhagavad Gita. The discourse was well received by the audience and added depth to the two-day spiritual celebration.

Members of Chinmaya Mission Little Rock expressed gratitude for the overwhelming response and reaffirmed their commitment to continue promoting spiritual values and community harmony in the region.
